Shrimp Fettuccine
- 1/2lb.cooked and shelled med. to large shrimp
- 1/2 cup sliced white raw mushrooms
- 4 oz. thinly sliced smoked ham from deli - chopped coursely
- 4 oz. butter
- 2 teaspoons McCormick All Purpose seasoning (can substitute 1 tsp. dry basil and 1 tsp. dry oregano)
- 1 tablesoppn diced garlic
- 1 cup broccoli florets steamed in microwave 3 min.
- 8 oz. heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 16 oz cooked fettuccine
- Measure out all ingredients and steam the broccoli.
- Get water boiling for the pasta and cook as directed on package.
- While the pasta is cooking melt butter in large saute pan.
- Add mushrooms,ham,garlic,seasoning.
- Let mushrooms cook 1-2 min. Add broccoli,cream,Parmesan - stir to combine.
- When ready to drain pasta add shrimp just to heat thru.
- Put pasta on serving plate and top with shrimp and sauce.
