Lumberjack Stew

  1. 1.Season pork with salt, sugar, paprika and pepper. Brown in cooking oil. Add sliced onions and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add carrots an onions; cook 40 minutes. Add potatoes and green beans. Cook 20 minutes. Blend cornstarch with 1/2 cup water. Stir into stew. Cook 3 minutes.
