Speedy Spinach Lasagne

  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl and add Ricotta, spinach, salt and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  2. Lightly grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Cover with a little sauce.
  4. Layer noodles, half of the cheese-spinach mixture, half of the Mozzarella cheese and half of the tomato sauce.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover dish with a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 60 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
