Cheesecake

  1. Blend first two ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add 4 cups of sugar and vanilla.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
  6. Spread in pan and bake in a 350u0b0 oven for about 60 minutes or until firm. Turn oven off and leave door slightly ajar while cake cools for 1 hour.
  7. Take out and let finish cooling.
  8. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
  9. Top with pie filling and enjoy!!
