Linguisa Chilli Dip

  1. To Prepare Chilli-
  2. Grind linguisa through meat grinder .
  3. Melt butter in sauce pan add onions and shallots, saute 3-5 mins, then add peppers, saute for 5-7 mins.Add linguisa and saute for 3-4 mins Place parsnips and garlic in for 10mins then add tomatoes. Add cayene and chocolate simmer on very low for one hour.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 400
  5. In 9" pie plate spread cream cheese on bottom of pan, swirl in with spoon hot salsa then add chilli. Lastly add the cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 mins
  7. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
