Baked Almond Chicken

  1. Coat chicken pieces with flour.
  2. Blend celery salt, paprika, salt, curry powder, oregano and pepper with butter, coating all sides.
  3. Arrange chicken in single layer in a baking dish (9 x 13-inches).
  4. Sprinkle evenly with almonds.
  5. Pour light cream between pieces.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in a moderate 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Uncover.
  8. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce from pan into sour cream and mix together.
  9. Pour evenly over chicken.
  10. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  11. Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
