Italian Style Mince Bake

  1. 1.teat the oil, add the mince and cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
  2. 2.tdd the tomatoes, stock, onions, peppers, zucchini's, tomato puree, 2 tablespoons of basil and seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs, cheese and remaining basil. Place in a preheated oven 200u0b0 400u0b0F, Gas MarK 6 for 20-25 minutes until golden.
