Touchdown Chili
- THEN ADD & SAUTE ....
- 1 Large Onion Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Red Wine
- 1 C. Tomato Sauce
- 1 chopped Carrot
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 Green or Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 10oz. Can Garbonzo Beans
- 10oz. Can Kidney Beans
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 10 oz. Can Minestrone Soup (Like progresso)
- 10oz. can Lentil Soup (Same as above)
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours & Serve with Corn Bread or Herb/Garlic Rolls
- START BY BROWNING THE FOLLOWING IN A 2 QT STOCK POT...
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Pounds Chuck Steak Cubed
- Chopped Onion and Garlic
- Tossed with 1 Tbsp Flour
- THEN ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO POT AND COOK FOR 1 1/2 HOURS
