Energy Oat Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar until lite and fluffy. Add egg salt and fruit (bananas or peaches). Mix well w/rubber spatula.
  2. Stir in remaning ingredients. Turn into greased 13x9x2in. bakeing pan. Bake 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool and cut bars to desired size.
  3. Add 1/4 C. more butter for a richer dish.
  4. combos that I've tried:
  5. *bananas,choc. chips @ whole pecans.
  6. *bananas, blueberries & walnuts.
  7. *peaches, blueberries & walnuts.
  8. All are differant & very good,
  9. the great thing about this recipe is you can mix things up!!!
