Baked Spagetti Caserole
- l pound of ground sirlion
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 can of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of cut green pepper
- 1/2 cup of cut onion
- 8 to 10 ounces of spagetti
- 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine
- Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
- Pam or similar spray
- Place cut pepper and onion in bowl and soak in hot water
- Place ground sirloin in pan sprayed with non-stick Pam
- Cook over medium heat until meat is brown
- Add tomato sauce
- Add can of mushrooms
- Add mushroom soup
- Add salt and black pepper
- Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat stirring frequently
- Drain hot water from peppers and onions
- Add peppers and onions to meat mixture
- Cook an additional five minutes
- While cooking meat mixture
- cook spagetti noddles with butter or margarine until done by package directions
- Drain noddles throughly and place in glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam
- Pour meat mixture on top of spagetti noddles and mix throughly
- Cover dish with aluminum foil
- Place dish in oven and bake for 35 minutes
- Remove foil and serve hot
