Salmon And Vegetables In Parchment

  1. Fold the parchement paper like a cream cheese wrapper, rolling up the sides but keeping the top open.
  2. Place a salmon filet in each wrapper. Mix the vegetables and divide into each wrapper. Sprinkle each with a bit of fresh minced garlic and the juice of a quartered lemon. Top it with a dash of wine and herbs. sprinkle just a tiny bit of cream.
  3. Seal the top of the package and bake at 400 degrees until fish is cooked through, about 20 minutes in electric oven.
