Seafood Linguine Alfredo

  1. Cook linguine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.
  2. Put shrimp in a pot and cook excess water off shrimp.
  3. Put to the side.
  4. In a Dutch oven, melt margarine.
  5. Put crabmeat and shrimp in with melted butter.
  6. Warm in butter for about 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in whipping cream and pepper. Cook over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook over low heat just until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
  9. Immediately stir in linguine; toss to coat with sauce.
  10. If sauce begins to separate, stir in a little more cream and cook over low heat until smooth.
