Muir Glenn Fiery Fruit Salsa
- 1tan (14.5 oz) Muir Glen(R) organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2tipe medium mango, peeled, diced (3/4 cup)
- 1/4tup sliced green onions (4 medium)
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1teaspoon finely chopped chipotle chile in adobo sauce
- 1/4teaspoon coarse (kosher or sea) salt
- Preparation Directions
- 1.tn food processor, place drained tomatoes. Cover; process until coarsely chopped. Place in medium bowl.
- 2.ttir in remaining ingredients.
- 3.terve with meat or fish, or with tortilla chips as desired.
- High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
- Do-Ahead:
- Make the salsa up to 24 hours ahead of time, and store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
