Chicken Basket Bake
- 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. dehydrated cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. powdered onion
- 1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into pie plate over first ingredients.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand five minutes before cutting.
- Can substitute 2 cups fully cooked turkey or smoked ham for chicken.
