Hoisin Glazed Pork
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp mirin
- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/4 Lb pork tenderloin
- 2 bunches scallions
- olive oil for brushing
- salt and pepper
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Preheat grill for indirect med-high heat.Whisk together 1st four ingredients. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes. Slice scallions into 11/2 inch lengths. Thread pork and scallions onto skewers, alternating. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on cooler side of grill fro 4 minutes. Flip and brush with hoisin mixture. Grill 3 more minutes, flip again and brush with nore sauce. Move skewers to hot side of grill and cook two more minutes flipping once and brushing generously with more sauce. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
