Pam'S Mega Soup

  1. Saute first four ingredients in drippings until onion is clear.
  2. Add Ro-Tel, Worcestershire, water and bouillon.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer.
  4. Add mixed veggies and potatoes. In separate skillet, brown meat.
  5. Drain fat.
  6. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  7. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  8. Simmer a few minutes more.
  9. Add contents of skillet to soup.
  10. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  11. Great as is or serve with rice.
