Savta'S Best Bolognese

  1. Brown meat and break itup-May be processed for finer sauce.
  2. Add vegetables and stir
  3. Add tomatoes,paste,water & wine
  4. Add seasonings
  5. Bring to a boil (do not catch bottom)
  6. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered
  7. 1 1/2 hours.
