Sausage Casserole

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Spoon off any excess liquid, but save it in case the casserole gets too thick. Or toss in some more wine.
  3. Serve this as a main dish with coleslaw and crusty rolls.
