Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a blender, combine wet ingredients, blend on puree until mixture is well blended.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a well greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes-time is approximate and may vary with size of pan or type of oven.
  6. Check with toothpick or knife in center of loaf-if it comes out clean, bread is done.
