Masala Bhindi
- 250 gm soft small sized ladies finger.
- 1 onion
- 2 red tomato
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 inch ginger
- 1 tsp methi dana powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- pinch heeng
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- wash the ladies finger and cut them longitudinally.
- deep fry these in oil.
- put chopped tomato, chopped onion, ginger and all masalas in food processor and grind.
- take another pan.put some oil, heeng and methi powder.
- add the mixture prepared in food processor to the pan.
- saute for 5 min.
- now add fried ladies finger to it and saute again for 2 min.
- finally add garlic (crushed or paste).
- serve hot.
