Masala Bhindi

  1. wash the ladies finger and cut them longitudinally.
  2. deep fry these in oil.
  3. put chopped tomato, chopped onion, ginger and all masalas in food processor and grind.
  4. take another pan.put some oil, heeng and methi powder.
  5. add the mixture prepared in food processor to the pan.
  6. saute for 5 min.
  7. now add fried ladies finger to it and saute again for 2 min.
  8. finally add garlic (crushed or paste).
  9. serve hot.
