Kitchen Sink Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In a large pot over medium high heat brown sausage and ground beef. Pour off fat. Add all other ingredients, except the last two. Bring to boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer sauce for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Cover or uncover to maintain or reduce liquidity. Sauce should be relatively think. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
