Cinnamon Apple Cider Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix eggs, tehina, apple cider and vanilla together in a bowl
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and stir
  4. Add dry ingredients to the cider mixture, then add apples and walnuts
  5. Pour into a greased bundt pan
  6. Bake for 50 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
