Greek Shrimp Toast
- 1 Baguette
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2# fully cooked salad shrimp or 50/65 shrimp rinsed and patted dry.
- 1# crubled feta cheese
- 1Tbls dried oregano
- 1tsp granulated garlic
- 1Tbls dried rosemary (lightly crushed)
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/8cup lemon juice 1/8 cup granulated garlic
- 1tsp worchestershire
- 1 fresh lemon
- Slice baguette in 30 peices
- Brush with olive oil and toast in oven or on grill
- Mix lemon juice, garlic, worchestershire. add mayo (you just made aioil dressing)
- set aside
- Mix feta and spices in a large bowl add shrimp. mix well. To assemble. Spread aioli on toasted baguette, top with shrimp mixture, garnish with fresh lemon segment. enjoy with your favorite beer or white wine. champagne also works nicely.
