Baked Gourmet Chicken Salad

  1. In large bowl, combine chicken, celery and French dressing. Marinate for 1 hour.
  2. To chicken mixture, add 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grapes and almonds.
  3. Blend together sour cream, mustard and salt; pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly to blend. Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
  4. Combine cracker crumbs and 1 cup cheese.
  5. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
  6. Bake at 300u0b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serves 8.
