Baked Gourmet Chicken Salad
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. French dressing
- 1 1/2 c. seedless green grape halves
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
- 1 1/3 c. celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- In large bowl, combine chicken, celery and French dressing. Marinate for 1 hour.
- To chicken mixture, add 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grapes and almonds.
- Blend together sour cream, mustard and salt; pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly to blend. Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
- Combine cracker crumbs and 1 cup cheese.
- Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake at 300u0b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serves 8.
