Grandma Josephines Ice Box Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Beat first 7 ingredients in a mixer. Stir in chapped chocolate.
  3. Stir in 2 TBS candy (I did not)
  4. Pour into 2 9" round pans (I used 10 x 15)
  5. Bake 35- 40 minutes
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Fill and frost. I cut the cake in half horizontally, then split the sides. Frost each layer, sprinkling with candy. Freeze until set, then wrap and return to freezer.
