Juju'S Bran Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients; mix well
  2. In separate bowl, beat buttermilk, oil & eggs until frothy
  3. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, pour liquid mixture and fold into dry ingredients with spatula until combined
  4. Refrigerate batter for at least 2 hours or overnight
  5. Pre-heat oven to 400u0b0
  6. Divide batter evenly into 12-muffin pan
  7. Place pan in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350u0b0
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before removing muffins from pan
