Robinson Caesar Salad

  1. Rub inside of wooden bowl with crushed garlic. Add 4 drops Worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp anchovy paste, 1 egg yolk.
  2. Whisk in olive oil until creamy.
  3. Add fresh pepper.
  4. When ready to serve put romaine leaves...no stalks, in bowl.
  5. Squeeze 1 lemon over lettuce, add ground Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Toss salad and serve.
