Banana Pudding

  1. In a mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and set aside.
  2. In the kitchen aid mixer combine the milk and pudding mix and whip to the manufactures instructions and set aside.
  3. In the kitchen aid mixer combine the heavy cream, 10x powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whip on medium high speed just until peaks start to form and set aside.
  4. In the plastic 1/2 hotel pan layer the bottom with vanilla wafers and then sliced bananas.
  5. Combine the 3 combinations that have been set aside and mix until well incorporated, Pour this mixture over the bananas.
  6. Top with one even layer of vanilla wafers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. To plate, using a white scoop portion, place into a monkey dish and garnish with just a dollop of whipped cream and mint leaf.
