Banana Pudding
- 1 bag vanilla wafers
- 6 each bananas, sliced
- 2 cups whole milk
- 5oz. instant pudding mix
- 8oz. cream cheese, softened
- 14oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup 10x powdered sugar
- 1t pure vanilla extract
- Whip cream, mint for garnish
- 1 each monkey dish
- 1 each 5oz. white scoop
- 1 each plastic 4" deep 1/2 hotel pan
- In a mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and set aside.
- In the kitchen aid mixer combine the milk and pudding mix and whip to the manufactures instructions and set aside.
- In the kitchen aid mixer combine the heavy cream, 10x powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whip on medium high speed just until peaks start to form and set aside.
- In the plastic 1/2 hotel pan layer the bottom with vanilla wafers and then sliced bananas.
- Combine the 3 combinations that have been set aside and mix until well incorporated, Pour this mixture over the bananas.
- Top with one even layer of vanilla wafers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- To plate, using a white scoop portion, place into a monkey dish and garnish with just a dollop of whipped cream and mint leaf.
