Big Ts Potato Salad
- 5 pounds russett potatoes, cubed
- 1 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup of Ranch Dressing or Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown mustard
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 dill pickle, chopped
- cayenne pepper to taste and color
- freshly ground white pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
