Mushroom Melody

  1. In large skillet at a medium heat, simmer oil, chopped mushrooms, garlic, parsley, lemon pepper, salt, basil and butter. Stir until mushrooms are golden and tender.
  2. Add wine and shortly after sprinkle flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cook over low heat for five minutes.
  5. Add a splash of wine.
  6. Serve over linguini cooked according to package.
  7. This is also delicious over tender veal.
