  6. Simple Roasted Pork Butt
  7. 1. Mix sugar, salt, and pepper in a mixing
  8. bowl.

  26. paste
  27. 2. Heat vegetable oil until almost smoking
  28. 3. Combine garlic, juices, and pepper and a
  29. bowl.
  30. 4. Drizzle juice into hot oil whisking
  31. vigorously.
  32. Mojito
  33. 1. Muddle together mint leaves and sugar.
  34. 2. Squeeze limes into mixture.
  35. 3. Add rum and ice. Shake well. Pour into
  36. rocks glass. Top with club soda.
  37. 4. Garnish with wedge and mint sprig.
