My Bacon And Cheese Meatballs

  1. Combine mince, onion, breadcrumbs, egg and zucchini - mixing well. Form into balls. Wrap a piece of bacon around and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Place in shallow baking dish and bake 200C for about 25 mins.
  3. Remove toothpicks and pour over tomto sauce, top with slices of mozzarellla cheese.
  4. Return to oven and bake for a further 7-10 mins or until cheese melts.
