My Nut-Free Granola

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line large baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
  2. 2. Melt together the salt, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, vanilla extract and peanut butter, in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well combined.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, combine oats, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Pour the brown sugar mixture over dry ingredients; stir well to combine. Spread mixture out evenly on baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
  6. 6. Cool, then stir in the raisins before storing in an airtight container.
