Easy Peasy Chard Pasta With Creamy Green Sauce

  1. Bring a large pan of water to boil and add the pasta and allow to simmer, when cooked, drain well. While the pasta cooks, heat the butter and oil in a large pan, add the prepared greens, cook till tender then drain and squeeze out as much liquid as possible, add creme fraiche and cheese and season to taste. Heat mixture gently, then blend till smooth, then add cooked shrimp if using. Add to the cooked pasta, toss and serve
