Pizza Soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 ham steaks, cubed
- 1 cup pepperoni
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 small tin of tomato paste
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded mozarella cheese
- In a large pot, add some canola oil and heat to medium on the stove.
- Add onions and mushrooms and saute until soft, and then add the garlic and saute one more minute.
- Add in all other ingredients, stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve topped with shredded cheese
