Spicy Veggie Eggroll Meals

  1. Chopp all ingrediants lengthwise so they look like they are cut like tooth picks
  2. the chopping part is fun !
  3. WARNING:
  4. Heat oil slowly in large, deep frying pan..you want a little swimming pool, but not deep,watch it carefully, it heats up and splatters!!medium heat to low to cook
  5. USE TONGS AND STAY BACK FROM PAN WHEN INSERTING EGGROLLS!
  6. Take wrap and place some of each of your veggies and seafood into a wrap lengthwise, you can make this chunky, turn the ends inside and wrap over the longer sides. Wet your finger on the edges with water to seal the wrap closed,
  7. Lower slowly into the hot oil with a tong, EXPECT IT MAY SPLATTER,keep back a bit,
  8. do this to each the wraps you make,
  9. Watch them, they brown VERY FAST And need to be turned,
  10. Cooking time is less than 3 minutes,
  11. Keep a large plate or cookie sheet with paper towel ready to receive them to drain
  12. Serve with your favorite soy sauce or sweet n sour sauce
  13. YUM..
  14. Homemade Sweet n sour sauce
  15. 1/2 jar of peach or apricot jam
  16. 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
  17. 1 tsp sugar
  18. 1 tsp honey
  19. 1 tsp favorite spicy mustard or ground mustard spice
  20. Put in a little pot, medium heat, let it melt together, whisk.. and ready to dip!
