Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

• 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 (16.5-ounce) rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well mixed and set aside.
3. Press 1 package of cookie dough to the bottom of the pan.
4. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over dough.
5. Cut the 2nd package of cookie dough into slices. Flatten each piece between your hands and place on top of cream cheese.
6. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden and center is slightly firm.
7. Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate.
8. After it's refrigerated, cut into slices and chow down!
