Chicken And Pasta With Roasted Vegetables

  1. Cut up 3 boneless, skinless, chicken breast and all vegetables into bite- sized pieces.
  2. In 9 x 13 casserole, pour all ingredients EXCEPT Feta and pasta in casserole, mixing to blend. Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees,stirring occasionally until chicken is done. Meanwhile, boil pasta in large pot until al dente- Plan for pasta and chicken to finish at the same time. Serve chicken and vegetables with broth over pasta and top with crumbled Feta Cheese.
