Jp'S Marinated Steak Tips
- 3 lbs sirloin tips
- 12 oz A1 Steak Sauce
- 1 large sweet or vidalia onion, grated using a cheese grater
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt and freshly ground course pepper
- Trim the steak tips of any excess fat and cut into lengths of 3 to 4 inches
- Place the steak tips into a plastic freezer bag
- Combine the A1 Sauce, onions, lemon juice and garlic, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix sauce until thoroughly combined.
- Pour sauce over the steak tips and into the freezer bag, squeezing out as much air as possible prior to closing/sealing.
- Place the bagged steak tips into the refrigerator, turning the bag a few times a day.
- Prior to grilling, remove steak tips from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature.
- Grill the steak tips over high temp/flame for approximately 5 minutes per side or until cooked to taste.
