Pat'S Drink Thing

  1. Blot artichokes dry on paper towels.
  2. Chop into small pieces. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending well.
  3. Stir in artichokes. Cover and refrigerate
  4. for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving.
