Crockpot Beef Chili
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies or a bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- sour cream, shredded cheese and oyster crackers for garnishment
- Combine all ingredients in a Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with the sour cream, shredded cheese and oyster crackers.
