Oreo Balls
- 1 Package of regular Oreos
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese-softened
- Melting chocolates (microwave)
- Use the food processor to finely grind the entire package of Oreos. When the Oreos are ground to a fine powder, cube and add package of cream cheese. Blend for a few seconds until complete mixed.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour until chilled.
- Roll Oreo mixture into bite size balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in microwave. Line another cookie sheet with parchment paper to place finished balls on.
- Using a teaspoon, dip oreo balls into chocolate. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Put into refrigerator or freezer when completed. The balls can be put into Baggie and frozen until needed.
- White chocolate can be drizzed over balls before serving to add some sparkle.
- Defrost about 1/2 hour before serving if frozen.
