Oreo Balls

  1. Use the food processor to finely grind the entire package of Oreos. When the Oreos are ground to a fine powder, cube and add package of cream cheese. Blend for a few seconds until complete mixed.
  2. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour until chilled.
  3. Roll Oreo mixture into bite size balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate in microwave. Line another cookie sheet with parchment paper to place finished balls on.
  5. Using a teaspoon, dip oreo balls into chocolate. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Put into refrigerator or freezer when completed. The balls can be put into Baggie and frozen until needed.
  6. White chocolate can be drizzed over balls before serving to add some sparkle.
  7. Defrost about 1/2 hour before serving if frozen.
