Cuban/Puerto Rican/Latin Salad/Side Dish

  1. Place olive oil in pan and heat on stove top.
  2. Add onions, celery and pepper, cook on high until soft.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, pimento's and chorizo and let cook all together for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the Garbanzano Beans (Chick Peas) within the pan and stir to mix all ingredients together. Cook for an additional minute then
  5. add the fresh parsley, sazon and stir to mix evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 2 minutes
  6. and serve.
