Tangy Shrimp Spread

  1. Cook shrimp until they turn pink. Drain well and peel and devein. Coarsely chop and set aside.
  2. Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until blended well. Spoon in shrimp and stir until mixed in. Transfer mixture to small bowl and chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers (recommend hearty crackers that can handle the weight of the spread)
