Garlicky Chicken & Artichoke Pizza

  1. In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and chopped garlic. Cook just until chicken is no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. To layer pizza: brush or spread blue cheese dressing evenly over pizza crust. Top with the provolone cheese. Evenly distribute the green onions, chicken/garlic mixture and chopped artichoke hearts over the cheese. Finish by sprinkling the shredded Parmesan cheese over all.
  3. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and top ingredients just begin to brown.
  4. Slice into 6-8 wedges and serve immediately.
