Gourmet Crab Dressing

  1. Melt butter in Dutch oven and add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
  2. Saute until soft and clear.
  3. Add Ro-Tel and soup. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add crab meat and shrimp; season to taste.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. Add green onion, parsley, pimentos and rice; mix well. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  7. Top with bread crumbs or cheese.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
