Carmichael Energy Bars

  1. Step 1: Grind all the ingredients together except the water and honey in a food processor.
  2. Step 2: Place the mixture in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the water and honey mixture with a wooden spoon. Add 1/4 cup more water if needed.
  4. Step 4: Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, with edges of wrap overhanging the pan.
  5. Step 5: Form the mixture in loaf pan and let set for 45 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Use plastic wrap to lift the loaf from the pan.
  7. Step 7: Cut into slices to serve. To store keep tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
