Dana'S Granola
- 24 cups old fashioned oats
- 14 oz bag coconut
- 2 cups flax meal
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 4 cups powdered milk
- 4 TBS cinnamon
- 2 TBS sea salt
- 3 cups canola oil
- 3 cups honey
- 4 TBS vanilla
- 1/2 cup concentrated Cranberry juice
- 3 cups craisins
- 2 cups dried apples chopped
- 2 cups diced nuts or whole almonds
- Stir first 7 dry ingredients together in large roasting pan. Make sure and break up any clumps of brown sugar. Combine the oil, honey, vanilla, and cranberry concentrate together. Pour on top of the mixture. Stir well. Put in hot oven for 10 minutes, take out stir and repeat two more times for a total of 30 minutes. Add the craisins, dried apples, and nuts while cooling.
