Habanero Chili

  1. Cover habanero peppers with warm water & let soak 30 minutes. In a large pan heat oil. Add onions, garlic and meat until brown. Add habanero peppers & soaking liquid, bay leaf, oregano and marjoram. Bring to a simmer before adding tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
