Bbq Beer Pulled Chicken

  2. Place the chicken in your crockpot. Add all the rest of the ingredients on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours, or on high for 4 - 6 hours. If the sauce gets too thick, add more beer to thin the sauce out.
  3. Once the chicken is done cooking, remove it from the sauce and shred it using two forks. Return the chicken to the sauce and toss to mix. Keep warm.
  4. Great served on buns!
